Hi I’m Steph! I love food, family, football, F1, and all things chocolate. I’m a personal trainer and sports nutrition coach! I have also worked in interventional and electrophysiology cardiology as a medical assistant for 5 years and love it! I started training in 2019 and it has been my outlet and saving grace. I was not the slightest bit athletic when I started and my “genes” I swore were cursed. I started powerlifting in October of 2022 and I just won GOLD in my first powerlifting competition! I prioritize muscle health, joint health and eating good food. Everyone is different and therefore your training and nutrition should be catered to your needs. That’s where I come in.
