Taylor Miller

When I started my fitness journey I was around my heaviest at 240 pounds and obese with no real idea of how or where to start when it came to dieting or exercise. 
Since then I became a certified personal trainer through the ISSA in 2019, competed at multiple strongman & bodybuilding competitions, and have been testing out various exercise theories on myself to know what works well and what does not work so well, so that I can pass that knowledge on to my clients to help them achieve their personal fitness goals.

What I Offer:

I offer general fitness programs tailored to my clients for where they are currently getting them to where they want to be physically. For those that are already physically fit but are wanting to take their training to the next level and are potentially wanting to compete, I offer bodybuilding specific training for those that are wanting to try their hand at competitive bodybuilding to set them up for success when they go out on stage. All of these and nutritional advice to help my clients achieve a much greater amount of success for their personal goals.


Theory on Training:

I believe that everyone can achieve things they never thought possible through fitness.  If that's just being able to go through your daily life without becoming exhausted from average physical tasks, lifting 2 times your bodyweight on an average basis, or looking comparable to the statues of Greek gods, everyone can do so.  All you must do is make the decision for yourself to start pursuing this.  I highly encourage anyone to make this decision in life and just start their fitness journey the same as I did.  Are you not sure where to start or not sure where to go now?
