I fully understand, and accept, that my spot will not be secured until payment in full has been received.  If my payment is not immediately processed with the submission of this form, my entry will be deleted.

I fully understand, and accept, the no refund policy which indicates that there will be no refunds after 14 days prior to the competition. To request a refund, email the meet director on or before 14 days prior to the competition.
